Membership:
- Statewide membership growth to 18,000 by the end
of the 2007 - 2008 membership year.
- Each local unit achieving an annual net
membership growth of 10% per year.
Communications:
- Each local unit having a regularly-published,
mailed newsletter by December 2007.
- Each district and local unit using the NCRSP
cardinal logo on its official internal and external communications, name
badges, etc., by June 2007.
Health & Wellness Education:
- Each local unit sponsoring an annual health event
on its own or in conjunction with other local units in its district during
2006 - 2007, and annually thereafter.
Grassroots Political Action:
- Each local unit sponsoring an annual legislative
appreciation function on its own or in conjunction with other local units
in its district in early 2007, and annually thereafter.
Leadership Development:
- Each local unit sending at least 50% of its
allocated delegates to the 2007 state convention.
- Each local unit sending all invited officers or
committee chairs to the 2006 Leadership Workshops.
Retirement Education:
- Each local unit participating in at least one
program per year on a retirement education topic during 2006 - 2007.
Community Participation:
- Each local unit achieving an average of 20 hours
of volunteer time (as defined by the state Community Participation
Program) per member, with a minimum of 50% of all volunteer hours in the
local unit being in education during 2006.
